The recent Gold medal winner at the Best of Craft Beer Awards for Raptor Rye IPA in the Rye Beer category, Three Creeks Brewing Co. has announced the second release in its new Desperado Series: TenPine Chocolate Porter. The brewery is also expanding its brand new line of canned beers with Knotty Blonde, which joins Hoodoo Voodoo IPA and FivePine Porter in 12oz cans and six-packs.
TenPine Porter sounds like a chocolate lover’s delight. It’s an amped up version of Three Creeks already popular FivePine Chocolate Porter, but TenPine features double the chocolate malt and double the dark Belgian Chocolate added during the boil with Organic Cacao nibs added in the conditioning tank. This burlier version clocks in at 8.4% ABV. TenPine is the second release in the new Desperado Series of specialty limited edition beers released quarterly. All of the Desperado Series are released in 22oz bottles with some draft available.
Three Creeks Brewing Co. is located in Sisters, Oregon, and was opened initially as a brewpub, but recently added a production facility and cans as well as expanding its distribution throughout Oregon and soon in Southwest Washington.
